Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a HUMINT Collection Manager to oversee overt collection operations and align them with customer requirements. The role requires collaboration with requirements managers, analysts, and consumers across the IC to optimize time and resources.

The candidate will apply advanced data techniques, produce IIRs, and help shape collection strategies. A rigorous background in HUMINT with DoD-style training is expected, with strong communication and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HUMINT collection management support or a HUMINT collection role in the IC.
• Six years in HUMINT collection support, HUMINT collection, or all-source analytic role may substitute for college degree.
• Proficient in utilizing intelligence repositories, including Chrome, Crate, and ICE.
• Ability to produce IIRs and provide reviews of both pre- and post-publication IIRs.
• Graduate of in-residence basic HUMINT collection management course.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements and consumers to guide overt HUMINT collection operations.
• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform collectors and consumers of collection developments and relevancy.
• Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps.
• Evaluate efficiency of multi-INT collection against requirements and support collection plans.
• Use data mining and visualization techniques to find and interpret data for trend analysis.
• Manage large data sets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models.
• Develop criteria to determine if collection requirements are satisfied using measures of effectiveness.
• Produce analysis to identify gaps in collection methods and opportunities.
• Model future intelligence collection scenarios for planners and architects.
• Conduct and present programs of instruction in collection operations.
• Produce concise, insightful products for defense intelligence.
• Guide teams in researching multifaceted problems.
