Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in research coordination for projects.
• Experience training groups on data requirements.
• Knowledge of DIA/NSA/CIA etc. programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with collection managers and consumers to guide HUMINT operations.
• Applies collection systems to inform collectors and consumers of developments.
• Coordinates with the IC to meet customer intelligence needs.
• Evaluates efficiency of multi-INT collection against requirements.
• Manages large data sets, produces visualizations and models.
• Develops criteria to evaluate collection effectiveness.
• Produces analyses identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Develops instructional programs for HUMINT operations.
