AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Project Manager (PJM2) to drive day-to-day execution for RIS I contracts in Columbia, MD. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining strong government relationships.

You will lead risk management, provide status updates to stakeholders, and support 24x7 operations to meet mission needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Six years in management roles with hands-on project execution and team coordination.
• Experience supporting service delivery with SLA-driven environments and government stakeholders.
• Ability to plan roadmaps, scope, schedules and resources for IT projects, adjusting priorities.
• Experience with scheduling tools to manage multiple streams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities for updates and briefings.
• Hands-on, self-driven and capable of delivering projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and government partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage projects within the RIS I contract to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate resources including staffing, facilities, and budgets for delivery.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact.
• Develop and deliver project status reports, briefings, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across technical teams, subcontractors, and government partners.
• Adjust project priorities and schedules in response to evolving mission needs.
• Provide direct tasking, guidance, and oversight to project team members.
• Rapidly assemble and lead focused project teams to resolve urgent challenges.
• Support a 24x7 operating environment to meet SLAs and mission demands.
