A minimum of 15–20 years in program management and DoD/IC compliance is required, with a PMP/FAC-P/PM/DAWIA Level 3 certification preferred.

The role emphasizes leadership over multi-vendor environments and complex budgets.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of program or project management experience on large contracts.
• Experience leading multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000, and ICD 801.
• Experience with earned value management reporting.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Service Managers and clients to understand customer needs.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps for program areas.
• Improve performance and reliability via enhanced monitoring capabilities.
• Develop technical insertion proposals for new technologies.
• Ensure services are secure, reliable, and resilient.
• Collaborate with vendors to gather relevant technical information.
• Provide engineering oversight to service manager teams.
• Communicate issues and solutions to leadership.
