Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Finance and Acquisition Specialist to support government R&D through full acquisition lifecycle management, funding analysis, and reporting on financial health. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure compliance with federal procurement policies.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a related bachelor’s degree, and 6+ years in IC acquisition and budget management, including ALM and Cognos usage.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Acquisition Management, Contract Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• SIX (6) or more years' of IC acquisition lifecycle framework and federal budget/spend plan management.
• Experience with procurement lifecycle from source selection through closeout.
• Experience with Government financial tools such as ALM and Cognos to initiate, track, process, and report funding activities.

Responsibilities

• Support government R&D with full acquisition lifecycle management.
• Identify funding needs, review funding proposals, process funding packages, and report on financial health and activities.
• Advise on financial reporting requirements, client specs, and government regulations to streamline the acquisition process.
