Job summary

RDR, Inc. is seeking professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph to review and improve federal financial reporting and accounting processes for government entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of government financial management experience focusing on Federal reporting/auditing per OMB guidance, FASAB, GAO Yellow Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; CPA and/or CGFM/CDFM preferred.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements for U.S. Federal entities; USSGL knowledge preferred.
• Experience analyzing financial and systems processes and controls.
• Willingness to travel to support firm engagements.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate financial risk, reporting, and accounting processes including controls for Federal entities.
• Review and evaluate Federal financial business processes and financial statements.
• Manage across the project lifecycle including scope, business case, vendor assessment, requirements, design, testing, training, and implementation.
• Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Contribute to design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings clearly and concisely.
