Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and analysis to field engineers.
• Test, train, and provide field support to customers.
• Maintain network stability and proactively resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with developers to reduce reoccurring incidents.

Skills

Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance

CISSP or Security + Certification

Systems Administration of Windows Server

Technical knowledge of Microsoft products

General knowledge of networking

Strong background in server virtualization

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with Terraform or Ansible

Education

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD
