Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong technical background in CS/SE or related field.
• Experience supporting on-prem server deployments and Linux administration.
• Experience configuring enterprise servers (hardware and software).
• Experience with IPv4 networking (static IP, routing, NAT).
• Proven ability to coordinate complex work across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Comfort in classified government environments and lab protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status reporting.
• Experience with edge hardware deployment.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-stakes setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees build and configuration of software on government hardware in a government facility.
• Configures enterprise servers and software; OS install, network config, troubleshooting.
• Maintains build schedules across concurrent work streams; ensures no stall due to lack of owner.
• Maps processes and verifies execution with US Government and contracted personnel.
• Records and reports build progress; single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Liaises day-to-day with government and contract officials in the lab.
• Coordinates across external vendors, internal teams, and remote engineers; relays feedback.
• Surfaces blockers and routes them to the right owners.
• Trains new personnel on lab processes and procedures.
• Delivers training across desk-side, classroom, and 1:1 settings.
• Provides operational and technical feedback to stakeholders and engineers.
• Supports incoming technical requests from government personnel.
