Job summary

CACI is seeking an Endpoint Systems Specialist to support the DIA CIS program on a full-time basis. This role requires TS/SCI with poly and up to 10% travel across the Continental US.

You will deploy and manage desktop and mobile endpoints and monitor Azure, AWS, Forcepoint TTC, Citrix, VMware, and MECM/Intune in a 24/7 operations environment. The position emphasizes incident response, patch management, security documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (40+ hrs. training) and/or 7 years of experience.
• RHCSA, Citrix Certified Associate-Virtualization, Azure Fundamentals, VMware Certified Professional, or similar.
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+).
• Experience with integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain endpoints across desktop, mobile, and cloud.
• Monitor Forcepoint TTC, Citrix, Azure, AWS, and VMware infrastructures.
• Maintain MECM and Intune packaging and distribution.
• Manage Active Directory profiles for performance optimization.
• Participate in 24/7 operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and incident analysis.
• Conduct patch management and security documentation.
