Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Systems Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency in a 24/7 operations role. You will manage physical, virtual, and cloud endpoints, handle MECM/Intune, AD profiles, and secure configurations to ensure high-performance user experiences.

The role emphasizes security, encryption, patch management, and adherence to NSA/NIST/FIPS standards, with up to 10% travel. A TS/SCI clearance with poly and advanced certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly before start.
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (requires 40+ hours training) OR 7 years of equivalent endpoint administration experience.
• Must hold ONE of the following: RHCSA, CCA-V, Azure Fundamentals, or VCAP-DCV Design with Azure Administrator.
• AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud‑based client endpoints.
• Manage end‑user profiles, including automated updates at login/logoff with AD sync.
• Package and distribute desktop/app configurations for remote devices; support MECM and Intune.
• Configure hardware and encryption per NIST/FIPS/NSA standards and manage licenses.
• Provide Tier 2 support and coordinate with Tier 3 for advanced troubleshooting.
• Test and automate patch management; deploy software across networks and security domains.
• Develop test scripts in lab environments and manage beta/acceptance testing.
• Analyze performance, capacity, and SLAs; optimize infrastructure utilization.
• Create SOPs and reporting; maintain data tracking per contract deliverables.
• Participate in CSI and evaluate new technologies for stakeholders.
