Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC seeks a HUMINT Policy Analyst to support policy development within the IC and DoD. The role emphasizes policy analysis, governance, and integrating operational HUMINT experience into policy solutions.

You will draft directives, briefs, and executive summaries, coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders, and ensure ICDs and DoD instructions compliance. Requires active TS/SCI, a bachelor's, and 8+ years in HUMINT or related fields, plus strong communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of HUMINT/OMT or related strategic roles.
• Experience with DoD Instructions (DoDIs) and ICDs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement HUMINT policy documents and guidance.
• Draft directives, memorandums, and governance products.
• Coordinate with DoD components and IC organizations for policy consensus.
• Brief senior leaders and working groups.
• Translate operational HUMINT experience into policy solutions.
• Analyze policy issues and recommend actions.
