Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of related engineering, configuration management, or technical documentation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or equivalent drafting software.
• 4+ years in publishing technical data packages and architecture diagrams in a DoD environment.
• Ability to create and interpret data flows, security boundaries, and rack schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end system data flow diagrams for the AF DCGS.
• Map protocols and data interfaces between hardware subsystems and enclaves.
• Develop data flow diagrams for devices, VMs, and VLAN architectures.
• Author and update Boundary Diagrams per RMF and Air Force guidelines.
• Delineate hardware boundaries, networks, and cryptographic interfaces.
• Create/update drawings, rack elevations, schematics, and site layouts using Visio.
• Ingest redline drawings and change requests to baseline configurations.
• Maintain strict configuration control across drawing packages and change docs.
• Conduct drawing audits and physical configuration audits for accuracy.
• Research data to support technical data packages for depot and sustainment.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, cybersecurity, and CM.
