Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Drafting Specialist / CAD Technician for its Fort Gordon, GA program. You will prepare architectural and engineering drawings for facilities, systems, and infrastructure to support operations, maintenance, repair, and construction.

The role requires field surveys, data collection, and creation of detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, with a path to work on complex electronic communications installations. Up to 10% travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design engineering or engineering technology with drafting experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D drafting using Revit; MIL-T-31000 standards familiarity is a plus.
• US citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural and engineering drawings for facilities and infrastructure.
• Perform fieldwork, site surveys, and collect data for drawings.
• Maintain a drawing database across facilities worldwide.
• Prepare detailed layouts, assembly drawings, and working drawings from sketches and input material.
• Ensure drawings meet project scope, standards, and client specifications.
• Use CADD to prepare documentation for installation plans and engineering change proposals.
