Job summary

CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Technical Data Manager to support the Air Force DCGS at Warner Robins, GA. You will lead the creation and maintenance of technical data packages, data flow diagrams, and boundary drawings to sustain operations and engineering changes across the program.

You will collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, cybersecurity, and configuration management to ensure accuracy and compliance with RMF guidelines, drawing audits, and formal documentation

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of related engineering, configuration management, or technical documentation experience.
• Visio proficiency (or equivalent) for diagrams and drawings.
• 4+ years of experience developing, managing, baseline-controlling, and publishing technical data packages and architecture diagrams in a DoD/military IT environment.
• Ability to create and interpret data flows, security boundaries, and rack/hardware schematics.
• High attention to detail and strong technical writing and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end system data flow diagrams (DFDs) for AF DCGS architecture.
• Map protocols, interfaces, and data exchange between subsystems and enclaves.
• Create and maintain dataflow diagrams of devices, servers, VLANs across networks.
• Author and update System and Authorization Boundary Diagrams per RMF and Air Force guidelines.
• Delineate hardware boundaries, security perimeters, and cryptographic interfaces.
• Produce drawings, rack elevations, schematics, and site layouts using Visio.
