Job summary

KBR is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command in downtown Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves provisioning computer accounts, troubleshooting connectivity, and interacting with senior leaders in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required for consideration.
• Security+ Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD networks.
• Knowledge of USAF and US Space Force IT policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-tempo, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for communications equipment, networks, and software.
• Provide technical guidance on Microsoft Windows use and drive mapping.
• Configure/maintain government-issued cell phones.
• Troubleshoot errors, open trouble tickets, provide solutions.
• Support users at STARCOM HQ locations and within PWS timelines.
• Provide NIPRNet/SIPRNET accounts and support; manage secure access to classified internet & email.
