Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support IC enterprise products in an Agile SAFe environment. You’ll work with development and tech stakeholders to deploy, operate, and automate systems, build tools for deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution across dev, test, and production environments.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and collaboration with software engineering to streamline operations and improve deployment efficiency. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience or Master’s with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Will consider additional work experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and operational availability of production systems.
• Managing, building, configuring, administering, operating and maintaining all components that comprise the DevOps environment.
• Defining enterprise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes and best practices
• Codifying DevOps best practices across the enterprise
• Developing and maintaining scripts to automate tool deployment to an AWS cloud environment and other tasks.
• Scripting and maintaining build environments.
• Working with project teams to integrate their products into the DevOps environment.
