Job summary

LMI is seeking a Data Analyst for a Strategic Workforce Analytics program supporting a U.S. Federal Government Agency in Washington, DC. The role requires on-site work five days a week at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

You will query and structure data, develop metrics, create visualizations, and deliver reports for multiple clients, collaborating with HR SMEs, data engineers, and developers. Target salary range is $110,000–$190,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, math, CS, economics, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience; familiarity with government policies preferred.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; comfortable with Python or R.
• Excellent communication; able to work with business customers and technical teams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Implement pre-specified research or analysis plans.
• Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers.
