LMI is seeking a Data Analyst responsible for quality delivery of reporting and analysis as part of a Strategic Workforce Analytics program for a U.S. Federal Government Agency. This position will work in a classified environment to produce analyses and visualization to multiple clients within the department, agency, and federal government. The Data Analyst will collaborate with human resources SMEs, data engineers, and developers to query and structure data, develop metrics and visualizations, and deliver reports.
This position requires you to be on site 5 days a week at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB).
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.

Target salary range: $110,000-$190,000
