Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an Alternate Subject Matter Expert to work at Buckley SFB. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI DoD Security Clearance are required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities include supporting CSSP and SOC operations within a DoD cybersecurity environment, conducting threat analysis and incident response, and helping develop policies aligned with DoD standards.

Qualifications

• 8 years of CSSP/SOC cybersecurity operations experience within a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution (or equivalent).
• 5 years of CSSP work experience as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Support CSSP and SOC operations within a DoD cybersecurity environment.
• Conduct threat analysis, incident response, and forensic investigations.
• Assist in development and implementation of cybersecurity policies aligned with DoD standards.
• Monitor, detect, and Respond to security threats using advanced cybersecurity tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity regulations including RMF, NIST, and DISA STIGs.
• Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security risk assessments.
