Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Administrator to support a critical task order focused on enhanced domain awareness. The role involves managing security compliance, ATO processes, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response within cloud and hybrid environments.

The position requires strong experience with NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, and IL-4/IL-5 mandates, plus hands-on work with SIEMs and RBAC in GovCloud/AWS/Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation of ATO, security compliance, ATO management, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Implement and manage security controls, risk assessments, and compliance measures across GovCloud-hosted environments, including Azure and AWS.
• Apply knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, and IL-4/IL-5 security mandates.
• Utilize experience in SIEM, RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Employ expertise in cloud-native security tools, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), and STIGs.
• Manage the ATO process including documentation, submission, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Demonstrate successful completion and maintenance of ATOs for programs or capabilities within DoD or federal environments.
