Job summary

Credence seeks Cryptographic Planning personnel to support Air Force Cryptographic Modernization efforts at Scott AFB, IL. You will identify capability gaps, assess COMSEC vulnerabilities, and develop strategic plans across multiple domains, including air, ground, space, and cyber platforms.

The role involves roadmapping, architecture documentation, compliance tracking, and leadership briefings for enterprise cryptographic modernization.

Qualifications

• TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility required.
• Minimum two years of advanced staff experience planning, organizing, and negotiating with cross-functional teams.
• At least two years of staff experience managing complex programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for staff action officer processes.
• Expert knowledge of COMSEC equipment and keying material processes (2+ years).
• Understanding of authority roles and complex equipment accounts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings, reviews, and cross-functional teams.
• Draft, edit, and review correspondence and documentation using MS Office.
• Provide information management, records management, scheduling, and meeting support.
• Prepare briefing and training materials and present briefings.
• Coordinate with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Provide awareness of evolving requirements and recommendations for integration.
• Support planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution.
• Prepare information papers, background papers, and staff studies.
