Job summary

Credence supports the Air Force Cryptographic Modernization efforts at Scott AFB, IL by identifying capability gaps, assessing COMSEC vulnerabilities, and developing strategic plans for modernized cryptographic solutions across air, ground, space, cyber, and weapons platforms.

The role includes roadmap development, requirements documentation, and leadership briefings related to enterprise cryptographic modernization.

Qualifications

• TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Minimum of two years of advanced staff experience planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with leading cross-functional teams.
• Two+ years of staff experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for staff action officer processes.
• Expert knowledge of COMSEC equipment and keying material processes.
• Understanding of controlling authority roles and responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of NSA/DoD/DAF security policies and procedures for cryptographic and keying material.
• Knowledge of classification guides for cryptographic algorithms, equipment, and COMSEC keying material.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings, progress reviews, and integrated teams.
• Draft, edit, and review correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Provide information and records management, scheduling, and meeting support.
• Prepare briefing materials and present trainings.
• Coordinate with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Provide awareness of new requirements and recommendations for integration.
• Support planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution.
• Prepare information papers, point papers, background papers, and staff studies.
• Provide POM support and advise on programs and related processes; brief cost estimates and initiatives.
