Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Principal Contracts Administrator to join the Corporate Contracts and Subcontracts team. You will advise program leadership in contractual issues within an IPT structure and serve as the primary POC with the customer, contributing to planning meetings and contract execution.

You will review contracts, negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements, and provide leadership in contract administration for complex bids. A TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years in contract management under federal prime contracts and major USG subs.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions for services and materials.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to policy, government specs, and master agreements.
• Negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other契约 vehicles; coordinate for approvals.
• Lead customer discussions and negotiations; advise on rights and obligations.
