Cherokee Insights is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Vetting Risk Operations. You will coordinate intelligence analysis projects, work with analysts, collectors, investigators, and government agencies to deliver high-quality intelligence products and services.

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a starting salary range of $140,000–$155,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• US Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may move about the office

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program's performance.
• Coordinate daily program operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to support intelligence analysis activities.
• Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collectors, and investigators.
• Draft and evaluate Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) for DoD customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on intelligence trends and threats.
• Perform liaison activities with DoD, IC, and Federal Law enforcement.
• Review up-to-date information from sensitive investigations.
• Draft Expedited Screening Information Reports (ESIRs).
• Ensure compliance with DCSA training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
