Job summary

Cherokee Insights, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks an Analytic Tradecraft Specialist - Expert to evaluate finished intelligence products against IC tradecraft standards for the DCSA. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident status.

Starting salary is estimated at $140,000 to $150,000, with full benefits for a full-time role. This role involves mentoring, program development, and cross-divisional collaboration to improve analytic tradecraft

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Analytic Tradecraft Compliance or related field, with recent work in last 2 years.
• Strong ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to analyze data and provide solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics, present findings and recommendations to Government.
• Mentor and train DCSA CI analytic cadre on IC standards.
• Lead workshops and training on ICD tradecraft standards.
• Review products for adherence to analytic tradecraft standards and coherence.
• Provide feedback on draft products and written analyses.
