Job summary

Synergy ECP, headquartered in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Contract Maintenance Professional to support government contracts with a focus on cost tracking, modifications, and compliance. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD/IC experience within a U.S. government contracting environment.

The candidate will draft modifications, monitor funding, and analyze contract costs while coordinating with the Government Contract Manager to ensure alignment with contract terms and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management or finance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus required; alternative substitutions available.
• MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering contracts, including drafting modifications to contract documents like TTOs and CDRLs.
• Track funding and report on contract costs, obligations, and performance to ensure compliance.
• Prepare TTO/Delivery Order funding tables and related financial analyses.
