GTSC seeks a Contract Maintenance Professional, Level 2 (CMP2) in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. All work is on-site, with hybrid or remote options where possible.

Responsibilities include drafting contract modifications, tracking award fees, analyzing costs, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with terms. Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph is required; the role emphasizes tracking schedules, burn rates, DARQ actions, and interfacing with FACTS/CMIS systems.

Qualifications

• 8 years of DoD/IC/contract management or finance with a business degree.
• CFCM or DAWIA Level I plus 3 years related experience may substitute for degree (total 11 years).
• Experience tracking programs/projects in cost, schedule and performance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government in administering contracts including drafting modifications (TTOs, Award Fee Plans, CDRLs).
• Track, analyze, and report contract costs; monitor contractor performance for compliance.
