Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Collection Manager to support a federal government client. The position is contingent on contract award and offers a best-in-class benefits package.

Responsibilities include applying intelligence collection systems, collaborating across the IC, evaluating multi-INT collection against requirements, and developing visualizations and models to report findings. Requires TS/SCI with CI POLY and 8+ years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category with recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products.
• Collaborates across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize collection requirements.
• Evaluates efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements and execution of collection plans.
• Assess the value of collected intelligence versus customers' needs using MOEs/MOPs and feedback.
• Use statistics, algorithms, mining and visualization to interpret ISR data sources.
• Manage large data sets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations and models.
