Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of HUMINT collection management experience is required.
• Knowledge of HUMINT oversight and security guidelines.
• Experience with HUMINT automated systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers to guide HUMINT collection operations.
• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform collectors and consumers of developments and relevance.
• Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps.
• Evaluate efficiency of multi-INT collection against requirements with collectors and analysts.
• Execute collection plans to generate reliable intelligence for consumer needs.
• Manage large data sets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations and models.
• Develop methods to evaluate collection satisfaction using measures of effectiveness and performance.
• Produce analysis identifying gaps and future collection scenarios.
• Develop and present programs of instruction for HUMINT and related operations.
