Job summary

M1 Technology, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland is actively seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our team to build and manage unclassified and classified cloud environments on site. The role requires hands-on AWS cloud engineering with a focus on secure architecture and operational readiness.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field, a Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and 5+ years of AWS cloud experience.

• Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification)
• 5 or more years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and administering unclassified and classified cloud environments.
• Defining cloud requirements; developing architecture diagrams to support an approved Authority to Develop (ATD) determination
• Rolling out, delivering, and setting up the underlying cloud environment
• Developing the final system design to support an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) determination
