Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a Training Coordinator and Instructional Designer to support an Agile software program for an Intelligence Community customer. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygraph readiness are required.

You will transform complex tech into engaging learning experiences, partnering with engineers, PMs, scrum teams, and stakeholders to enable successful software deployments. Responsibilities include end-to-end培训 design, needs analyses, scheduling, and evaluating impact.

Qualifications

• Design and development of learning materials and modules.
• Application of adult learning principles in training.
• Ability to analyze needs and define measurable learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of training programs.
