Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Training Coordinator and Instructional Designer to support an agile software program for an Intelligence Community customer. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a polygraph.

You will transform complex geospatial capabilities into engaging learning experiences and work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver training that enables software deployments.

Qualifications

• Instructional design methodology applied with adult learning principles
• eLearning content development using Captivate or similar tools
• Experience with LMS administration and virtual training platforms
• Development and delivery of ILT and vILT sessions
• Familiarity with GEOINT systems like ArcGIS or Google Earth
• Training needs analysis, objective definition, and effectiveness assessment
• Management of complex training projects in technical environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of training programs
• Align training with customer mission objectives for CONUS/OCONUS sessions
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and metrics
• Recommend LMS and virtual training platforms and emerging tech
• Support train-the-trainer programs and monitor training metrics
