Job summary

Vibrint is seeking a Network Engineer to configure, deploy, and sustain network infrastructure for two government customers. You will work with Cisco and Arista devices, firewalls, and cryptographic equipment across local and remote environments, with primary duties at our Columbia, MD facility and occasional travel to customer sites.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and offers the opportunity to contribute to modernization of legacy networks toward

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance.
• Columbia, Maryland as primary work location with frequent work at customer facilities.
• Experience configuring and sustaining Cisco and Arista devices; support for firewalls and cryptographic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco and Arista network infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing operational support for network devices, firewalls, and cryptographic equipment.
• Configure and test new equipment in the contractor lab before deployment.
• Support on-site and remote fielding of equipment at customer and partner locations.
• Develop and validate configurations for new systems and upgrades.
• Help design network architectures and modernize legacy environments.
• Support containerized and cloud environments as required by customers.
• Review updates, coordinate priorities with teammates, and resolve Jira tickets.
• Occasional travel to locations outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
• Participate in on-call support after training.
