Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Facilities Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead O&M and performance for a government customer’s sites. The role oversees a team of specialists with a focus on operational effectiveness, safety, and regulatory compliance on a 24x7 schedule.

The position is onsite at a large 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs, Australia, with travel to local facilities. Your leadership will drive reliability and cost-effective performance, implementing predictive

Qualifications

Extensive leadership and team management experience in facilities maintenance.
Strong understanding of O&M strategies and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs.
Experience in 24x7x365 operation environments.

Responsibilities

Direct the O&M and repair activities across buildings and systems, including predictive and preventive maintenance.
Develop equipment maintenance scheduling plans aligned with OEM guidelines and host nation codes.
Monitor maintenance program effectiveness and revise to reduce failures and improve efficiency.
Enforce operational standards to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Hire, train, and lead a technically savvy workforce.
