Job summary

Nucorevision, Inc. seeks an experienced Application Developer / Cloud Engineer to support Navy mission‑critical cloud platform delivery on‑site in Norfolk, VA. Design, develop, and maintain secure software and automated pipelines within classified enclaves using AWS and DevSecOps.

You will collaborate with Navy personnel, design secure cloud-native apps in Java and Python, and implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK while ensuring DoD STIGs and ATO compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Residence within 30 miles of Norfolk, VA.
• AWS certifications preferred (Developer–Associate or Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• DoD government experience.

Responsibilities

• On-site collaboration within secure facilities in Norfolk to support Navy personnel.
• Develop secure cloud-native applications in Java and Python.
• Deploy scalable workloads in AWS using serverless architectures.
• Build and scale CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Ensure compliance with DoD STIGs and ATO requirements.
