Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking a Clearance Processing Administrator to manage end-to-end personnel clearance processing for a U.S. Government program. You will submit, track, and adjudicate access requests, verify citizenship and currency, and coordinate with the sponsoring security office to ensure timely onboarding for a large staff.

The role requires a TS/SCI with polygraph, US citizenship, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment focused on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personnel-security or clearance-processing experience.
• Working knowledge of ICD 704 and personnel-security adjudication processes.
• Experience with clearance systems (e.g., DISS, Scattered Castles, or agency equivalents).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clearance crossover packets and SCI access requests.
• Verify eligibility, citizenship, SSBI/CIP currency, and need-to-know prior to access.
• Coordinate with the sponsoring security office on adjudications and access determinations.
• Maintain the personnel-security database and access records, and remove access when no longer required.
