Job summary

Amazon's Security team is seeking a Clearance Processing Administrator to build and sustain the cleared workforce for a U.S. Government program starting a classified AI Factory.

The role covers end-to-end submission and tracking of clearance packets, eligibility verification, and adjudication coordination to enable secure access to the SCIF. The successful candidate will work with personnel security, program security officers, and hiring managers to scale staffing and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personnel-security or clearance-processing experience.
• Working knowledge of ICD 704 and personnel-security adjudication processes.
• Experience with clearance systems (e.g., DISS, Scattered Castles, or agency equivalents).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clearance crossover packets and SCI access requests.
• Verify eligibility, citizenship, SSBI/CIP currency, and need-to-know prior to access.
• Coordinate with the sponsoring security office on adjudications and access determinations.
• Maintain the personnel-security database and access records, and remove access when no longer required.
