Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Program/Budget Analyst in Fort Belvoir, VA, to lead PPBE administration and provide expert budget guidance for INSCOM G6/GISA. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in budgeting, POM, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will oversee multi-year budget estimates, conduct economic analyses, and coordinate funding across directorates, ensuring compliance with Army policies and directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business field and 10 years of PPBE/budget experience.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IT programming activities from POM to IT POM submissions.
• Monitor and track budget execution and produce reports for current and future year funding.
• Perform asset and portfolio management to support the SCIF IT Program.
• Develop plans to satisfy validated technical requirements to improve IT readiness and logistics.
• Analyze, recommend solutions, and provide input to INSCOM IT readiness and IT logistics.
