Qualifications

• Ten years PPBE-related experience on IC or DoD staff.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Teams).
• PPBE data access requires signed non-disclosure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to BA CPM analysis and recommendations.
• Advise on execution/evaluation of National/Military Intelligence Programs.
• Review program builds and guidance documents for BA portfolio assessment.
• Perform database and knowledge management functions to support BA portfolio management.
• Evaluate PPBE submissions for approved capabilities and risks.
