Job summary

Quevera is seeking an AWS Cloud Security Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support security architecture, automation, compliance, and security posture management across a multi-vendor AWS environment. Remote work is acceptable, but candidates must be willing and able to work from AWS SCIFs as required.

The position covers work across Herndon, VA; Springfield, VA; Denver, CO; and Seattle, WA, with an 80/20 split between low-side and high-side engagements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willing and able to work from AWS SCIFs as required.
• Candidates local to Herndon, VA; Springfield, VA; Denver, CO; or Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent model-routing logic for LLMs based on context and task complexity.
• Build and maintain orchestration layers to support multi-model workflows.
• Train and evaluate classification models with feedback loops.
• Develop prompt-engineering standards and context-window management.
• Architect enterprise-scale GenAI solutions with high availability and cost control.
• Integrate logging and observability for security posture management.
• Prepare technical docs, diagrams, and handoff artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies.
