Job summary

RedTrace Technologies is seeking an Activity Security Representative III (ASR III) at Andrews AFB, MD to support collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The role requires TS with SCI eligibility and US citizenship, with travel up to 25%.

ASR III duties include classification reviews, document control, mail processing, badge prep, data entry, and coordination with government personnel to ensure compliant security processing and SAP access.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.
• Travel 10%-25%.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Prepare and process PARs for access eligibility.
• Escort visitors and manage logs.
• Maintain facility access control entry systems and badges.
• Data entry to security systems and databases.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Review security clearance processing with government personnel.
