Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks an Activity Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role centers on SCI/SAP activities, mail processing, and access control, with duties spanning classification reviews, data transfers, and visitor management.

Required TS with SCI eligibility, 5–7 years of related experience, and DoD SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions. Travel 10–25% is expected.

• SPSC counts toward 5 years of experience
• Must complete SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions
• 10%–25% travel

Responsibilities

• Classify inbound/outbound correspondence
• Maintain document accountability database and logs
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts
• Handle destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Maintain logs for document control and data transfers
• Prepare facility access control badges and inspect entry points
• Support security awareness programs
