Job summary

RedTrace Technologies at Travis AFB, CA is seeking an Activity Security Representative II (ASR II) to provide multi-disciplinary security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.

The role requires TS with SCI eligibility, US citizenship, 3–5 years of related security experience, SAP/SFPC/SPSC certifications, and travel up to 25%. On-site responsibilities include document control, access systems, and liaison with government personnel to ensure compliant security operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related security experience.
• SAP experience required.
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum SPED certification experience is 3 years.
• Travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound/outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability databases and records.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Destroy classified materials and handle magnetic media processing.
• Provide reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control functions.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with visit notices and facility access control processes.
• Escort visitors and maintain related logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel security files and access information.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Review/monitor clearance processing with government personnel.
• Participate in SAP-related inspections and compliance activities.
• Prepare PARs and SAPNP-related questionnaires.
