Job summary

RedTrace Technologies Inc. is seeking an Activity Security Representative I (ASR I) for the Pentagon, VA. The role supports day-to-day collateral, SCI, and SAP activities, ensuring stringent security controls and data integrity.

Responsibilities include classification reviews, mail and records processing, access control, and coordination of visitor logs. Travel 10-25% is required. A candidate with 0-2 years of related experience and appropriate security certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years.
• Travel 10%-25%.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and related correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control activities.
• Assist in inbound/outbound data transfer processing.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contacts.
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices processing.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System database.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported elements.
• Follow customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
