Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks an Activity Security Representative I (ASR I) in Lorton, VA, to provide day-to-day security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The role requires US citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility with potential travel up to 25%.

You will perform classifications, mail processing, badge prep, access control, and data entry while maintaining logs and security files. Competitive benefits and a structured security program accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience.
• SFPC certification counts toward 1 year of experience.
• SPSC certification counts toward 1 year of experience.
• Max SPED equivalent experience is 3 years.
• Travel 10%–25%.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and related correspondence.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destroy classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain logs for admin functions of document control.
• Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices research and filing.
• Escort visitors and maintain logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems including visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and maintain billets and quota info.
• Maintain personnel security files for all personnel.
