Job summary

RedTrace Technologies is seeking an Activity Security Representative I (ASR I) to provide multi-disciplined security support at a customer facility, handling Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities at the Kirtland AFB location in NM.

The ASR I will perform classification reviews, document control, mail processing, and badge/visitor control, among other security tasks, with travel 10–25% and TS with SCI eligibility required for consideration.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum SPED certifications experience is no more than 3 years.
• 10%–25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and correspondence.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist in data transfer files processing.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with visit notices research, processing, filing, maintaining inbound/outbound notices.
• Escort visitors and logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control entry systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and maintain billets and quota information.
• Maintain personnel security files for all personnel of supported element.
• Follow customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed by site lead/senior security representative.
