Job summary

Amentum is seeking Area Security Specialists to provide comprehensive security support for a government customer in Chantilly, VA. You will assist with security posture, badge issuance, access control, and policy guidance to protect personnel and facilities.

Requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years related security experience), experience as a CSO, and familiarity with ICD 704/705. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or 2+ years related security experience).
• 2+ years as CSO or equivalent security leadership experience.
• Must have TS/SCI with polygraph clearance at application time.
• Knowledge of ICD 704/705 and related policies.
• Experience with badging systems and badge requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of physical and personnel security support for a government customer.
• Assist with security requirements, policy guidance and coordination for personnel.
• Maintain relationships and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Respond to security incidents and manage access control issues as needed.
