Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Technical Scrum Master with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support a Maryland-based contract. The role is hybrid, with two onsite days in Virginia per week and remaining days at the Maryland facility.

You will champion Agile best practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive feature delivery across programs. The ideal candidate has Scrum Master Certification, 5+ years of IT/software development work, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

Must possess Scrum Master Certification.
Current TS/SCI with Poly and willingness to travel up to 10%.
5+ years in software development, IT architecture or related fields.
3+ years managing IT projects with Agile Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

Lead agile teams in a SAFe environment, coordinating design, implementation, QA, and deployment.
Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and track program metrics.
Coordinate release planning and system design activities as needed.
Prepare briefings for program leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate across multiple organizations to manage expectations and remove blockers.
