Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required for federal work.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, BI, analytics, or transformation.
• Degree in Business/IS/Data Analytics/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and opportunities for improvement and modernization.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to define solution strategies.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop executive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
• Design and implement Power Apps solutions for data collection and reporting.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to automate processes and improve data quality.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs and KPI frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership and stakeholders.
