Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of Power Platform development (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• 5+ years in SharePoint development, admin, and architecture.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and RMF/NIST controls.
• Strong web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, React.
• SPFx, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API experience.
• Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and SQL as back-end sources.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Lead or support migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Provide Tier 3 support for performance, access, and bugs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
